Cupcake Flash: Couture Cupcakes
As I was browsing the Internet, I discovered some very nice Couture Cupcakes. These cupcakes are not your average cupcakes. They are clearly a step above the normal cupcake with frosting. Couture Cupcakes are special designed cupcakes to the clients specific requirements. They can be used to create Cupcake Bouquets, Ice Cream Cones, Flower Gardens and etc. Check out the Couture Cupcakes that I found. I can't wait to create some of these ideas.

Cake and Cupcake Inspirations...
My Nana's Boy will be turning one (1) in July and we are so excited. His parents have already started planning his party and I've been tasked with baking the cupcakes and cake for his big day. The theme for the party is "Under The Big Top" and I'm going to do Clown Cupcakes and a Carnival Cake. As I was perusing the Internet, in between doing my lesson plans for school, I found the following cake and cupcake ideas:

Red Velvets for the 60...
This was a busy weekend for Cookie's Cakes. Not only did I have the Little Bo Peep Sheep cupcakes to create but I also baked Red Velvet Cupcakes for the ladies of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Both of my daughters are members of this organization and this weekend my oldest daughter and her Linesisters celebrated their 8th Anniversary. Happy Anniversary Ladies!! Glad you enjoyed your cupcakes.

Little Bo Peep Sheep Cupcakes...
Little Bo-Peep has lost her sheep, And can't tell where to find them;
Leave them alone, And they'll come home,
Wagging their tails behind them.
A few weeks ago I was asked to create Sheep Cupcakes for a 1 year old Storybook Garden Birthday Party. I was so excited because this would be my first time doing cupcake art. I took my time and surfed the Internet for several ideas. I finally came upon an idea that I liked and looked pretty easy to accomplish. I had a lot of fun creating these cupcakes and the kids had a lot of fun eating them.
My camera broke so I had to use my cell phone to take the picture. I wish I had a better picture to post.
